Southern Building Control Partnership’s continued commitment to providing a highly professional service to its customers has been formally recognised and awarded the prestigious and internationally recognised ISO 9001 certification, which sets and recognises high business practice standards.
Southern Building Control Partnership (SBCP) is one of the first Local Authority Building Control teams to achieve this certification, clearly demonstrating the commitment of its staff to continually meet the highest quality of standards, whilst delivering excellent customer service.
SCBP is the shared service for Mole Valley and Tandridge district councils and Reigate & Banstead borough council. Mole Valley residents who require information and guidance about the building regulations process or wish to make an online building regulations application for a project can visit www.southernbcp.co.uk, email email@example.com or call 0330 024 9355.
Councillor Chris Hunt, Cabinet Member for Planning Services and Housing, said: “The team at Southern Building Control Partnership should be very proud of this achievement. Earning this certification represents a true reflection of the service offered to its customers, and also sets a marker against private sector competitors when being evaluated by prospective customers.
“Southern Building Control Partnership works extremely hard to run its businesses efficiently and the ISO 9001 certification aptly demonstrates to existing and future customers that it has the expertise, standards and capacity required to provide an outstandingly effective service.”
