Transform Leatherhead are hosting an exhibition with further details about the potential Bull Hill redevelopment outlined in Mole Valley District Council’s draft Local Plan on 24 February and 7 March 2020 at the Letherhead Institute.
The draft Local Plan, Future Mole Valley, sets out how development in Mole Valley might be planned over the next 15 years and identifies potential locations for new homes and other development, whilst continuing to protect the countryside. Bull Hill is one of the proposed strategic sites for development.
The aim of the exhibition is to help provide further information to those responding to the draft Local Plan consultation. It will demonstrate how the proposed mix of flats, open space, car parking, office space and café space listed in the draft Local Plan might fit onto the site.
The plans for Bull Hill have developed since the 2016 Transform Leatherhead Masterplan. These new proposals will illustrate just one of the ways in which Bull Hill might be redeveloped based on the land uses proposed in the draft Local Plan.
Please drop by the exhibition on Monday 24 February or Saturday 7 March at the Letherhead Institute or look at the info online at www.transformleatherhead.com from 24 February. You can feedback via the draft Local Plan consultation until 23 March 2020.
The draft Local Plan and supporting evidence documents are available to view online at futuremolevalley.org and in hard copy at MVDC’s offices in Dorking, the HelpShop in Leatherhead and libraries in the district. The consultation will be available by visiting the same website. For more information, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 01306 885001.
